A pair of podium finishes at The Bend SuperSprint
The conditions were set for exciting action as drivers raced through wet tracks at The Bend Motorsport Park to conclude The Bend SuperSprint.
Now entering the latter half of the Supercars Championship season, teams are giving all they’ve got to rise up in the leaderboard. The Bend SuperSprint was no different, with ample thrills across the weekend’s two races. Walkinshaw Andretti United, our team partner this season, picked up the pace and came out with strong showings in both contests.
Chaz Mostert stayed in fine form with podium finishes in both Saturday’s and Sunday’s races, keeping him within the top 5 in the Drivers Championship. The team will look to keep up their strong showing and garner more points in the next event in Sandown.
