Another weekend for the books at the Townsville 500

Seven Supercars Championship events are now in the books as drivers raced through the Reid Park Street Circuit to conclude the Townsville 500. With the first half of the Supercars Championship season now finished, teams are looking to hit their stride and move up the leaderboard as quickly as possible. This led to thrilling contests in the two 88-lap races for the Townsville 500. Walkinshaw Andretti United, our team partner this season, continued their fine form and remain in the top 10 for Championship Points. Chaz Mostert stayed steady with top 10 finishes in both races, and even snuck into the top five on Sunday’s race.
