BALLARAT ISUZU: DEALER OF THE YEAR 2022

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) awarded Ballarat Isuzu with the 2022 Dealer of the Year award earlier this year. The award recognises Ballarat Isuzu's outstanding achievement in customer support and all facets of a dealership’s business, including sales, service and parts. The Ballarat team also scored the Service Dealer of the Year Award and the Sales Dealer of the Year Award.

We caught up on site with Dealer Principal Ian Deacon to learn about Ballarat Isuzu's approach to excellence and explore Ian’s entry into the world of trucking.

Working up through the ranks from sales trainee, Ian reflects on the various roles he has had in his journey to Dealer Principal as well as his love of regional Victoria and the city of Ballarat, and his relationship with the nation’s favourite truck brand.
