ISUZU REWARDS EXCELLENCE IN DEALER NETWORK

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) has bestowed the status of “excellence” on nine of Australia’s highest performing Isuzu truck dealerships through its 2017 Dealer Excellence Program.

The program scrutinises all aspects of an Isuzu dealership, demanding the highest standards in sales, customer satisfaction, staff training, business management, service and parts throughout the entire year in order to qualify for the coveted excellence status. The dealerships awarded excellence in 2017 were:

• Gilbert & Roach Isuzu in Newcastle
• North East Isuzu in Adelaide
• Suttons Motors Arncliffe
• Gold Coast Isuzu
• Midcoast Trucks in Macksville
• Tony Ireland Isuzu in Townsville
• South West Isuzu in Bunbury
• Ballarat Isuzu
• Canberra Isuzu

Isuzu’s Chief Operating Officer and Director, Phil Taylor, congratulated the dealerships on their achievement. “Isuzu achieved 29 consecutive years of sales leadership in the Australian truck market during 2017. And the consistent professionalism and expertise of the entire Isuzu Dealer Network has been a cornerstone of this success. The Dealer Excellence Program is an opportunity for us to highlight the work of dealerships that are truly the best of the best,” Mr Taylor said. “We’re delighted to award nine excellence honours in 2017 and acknowledge these dealerships for going above and beyond for Australian truck buyers.” The Dealer Excellence Program is one aspect of IAL’s tireless effort to improve its service and provide greater levels of peace of mind to customers. IAL National Sales Manager Les Spaltman said the Excellence Program provided additional motivation for dealers to show customers excellence in service. “The Excellence Program is a very competitive initiative that urges Isuzu dealerships to aim higher every year and develop their customer service every way they can,” Mr Spaltman said. “It may be the dealerships that receive the ‘excellence’ title, but the real winners of the program are Isuzu’s customers.”
